This project is a remodel of an existing single story residence located at Point Crisp on Siesta Key. The organization of the existing residence resulting from three prior additions needed to be reconsidered. A complete reorganization of the residence and second floor addition simplified the layout and created a new master suite on the upper floor connected to an exercise room and outdoor terrace capturing views of the nearby intracoastal waterway. A new two story glass wall with a continuous row of sliding glass panels makes a direct connection between the living area and the swimming pool.
